Terms of service
These terms apply to alexdoesai.com (the "site"), operated by Alexandre Santos, based in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
The site describes consulting and implementation services for small businesses and lets you book an intro call. It is informational. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or a contract for services. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
The live demo
The demo lets you play a customer of a fictional business and receive replies from an AI model. When you use it, you agree that:
- The businesses are fictional. Nothing is booked, sent, or recorded on your behalf.
- Replies are generated by an AI model and are not reviewed before you see them. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not advice of any kind, including medical, dental, legal, or financial advice.
- Do not enter personal information about yourself or anyone else, health information, payment details, passwords, or anything confidential. The demo is not designed to hold it.
- Conversations are limited in length and rate. Automated, scripted, or bulk use of the demo is not permitted.
- Your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate replies. See the privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, to interfere with the site's operation, or to circumvent its limits. Access may be restricted without notice if these terms are breached.
Third-party services
The site links to services run by others, including Google Calendar for booking, LinkedIn, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the service.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of the site belong to Alexandre Santos unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission.
No warranty
The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The site may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexandre Santos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, or for any loss of data, business, or profit, arising from your use of the site or the demo, or from reliance on any content on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
